Today begins the journey to repair my eyesight. i realized over the course of wearing glasses that my have gotten weaker. My approach is to focus on my liver, pancreas, lymphatic system, eyes, & diet.
I am ridding my eyes of mucus with an herbal cleanse consisting of Golden seal, Eyebright, Bilberry Powders. I am using our liver and pancreas cleanse. Finially I am addressing my eating habits to allow my body to focus on my eyes opposed to thinking I can eat anything and herbs will work.
